Creates an overgrown gravel block and various stairs and slabs from it, similar to mossy cobble and stairs

• Overgrowth occurs:
• When a gravel block/stair is near water.
• Overgrowth spreads to other gravel blocks (it's infectious).
• Bright light is required.
