Produces random ores when flowing lava cools

Things to Note:

1. No real probabilty built in yet.
2. The only real control over what spawns is how often stone is mixed in (currently every cool has about a 50% chance of being stone and a 50% chance of being a random ore)
3. Cooled lava source still will simply add obsidian on spawn which is the default setting
